Hallo, ich bin Kathrin! Ich habe einen Haufen Bastelideen im Kopf und immer Schere, Kleber, Stifte und Papier auf meinem Schreibtisch (und wer mir schon eine Weile folgt weiß: auch ein paar Klorollen). Ich denke mir Bastelideen aus: Deko, Geschenke, Karten. Am liebsten aus Papier aber immer wieder auch mit anderen Materialien. Ich mag es einfach. So, dass jede:r mitbasteln kann.

Noch ein bisschen etwas über mich: Ich komme aus Süddeutschland und hatte schon immer ein Faible für Kunst, Kultur und schöne Dinge. Also habe ich nach dem Abitur Graphic Design in London studiert und später Kunstmanagement in Köln. Ich habe ein kleines, feines internationales Kurzfilmfestival geleitet und bei der Berlinale gearbeitet. Das Kino liebe ich immer noch. Zuletzt habe ich als Projektleiterin für Gästemanagement in der Eventbranche namhafte Kunden betreut.

PS: Den Namen "Miom" hat sich übrigens meine Tochter ausgedacht: Als die noch ganz klein war, haben bei ihr die Katzen "miom" miaut.

Hello, I'm Kathrin! I have tons of craft ideas in my head and always scissors, glue, pens and paper on my desk (and if you've been following me for a while you know: a few toilet rolls, too). I create craft ideas: decorations, gifts, cards. Preferably made of paper but also with other materials. I like it simple so that everyone can craft along.

A little bit about me: I come from southern Germany and have always had a passion for art, culture and beautiful things. So after graduating from high school, I studied graphic design in London and later art management in Cologne. I ran a small, fine international short film festival and worked at the Internationa Filmfestival Berlin. Most recently, I looked after well-known customers as a project manager for guest management in the event industry.
