 How to make mini stamps 

You can easily make your own stamps from foam rubber and corks and use them to decorate cards, stickers, wrapping paper, tags, stationery, envelopes and so on.

The mini stamps are also great to make with children and create small and large works of art!

Tip: You can also use an ink pad for fabrics to decorate textiles, such as T-shirts, baby bodysuits or bags.

Here I'll show you how to make your own mini stamps and have ideas for you on how to design your stamps and how to use them. I also put together a DIY kit for mini stamps. Everything you need for the mini stamps is in there.

At the bottom of this page you will find ideas and free templates for Christmas cards .

 Instructions 

You need:
Corks
craft foam
Scissors
Glue dots, double sided tape or a hot glue gun
Ink pad

The Mini Stamp DIY Set contains everything you need for your stamp production.

1. Cut out a piece of craft foam that is about the same size as the cork.

2. Then cut out the shape you want to stamp.

3. Now stick your foam rubber shape onto the stamp. There are various ways to do this:

> Apply double-sided tape to your shape like in the photo below and then attach it to the cork.

> Glue the shape to the cork with hot glue.

> Stick a glue dot in the middle of the cork and stick your craft foam shape on it.

4. Your stamp is ready!

Tip: To avoid rough edges in your print, you can cut the cork conically around the foam rubber mold with a sharp knife.

Making Christmas cards with mini stamps

For these cards, I cut out figures from tracing paper and stamped them with mini stamps and white paint to create a fine texture. Finally, I added a highlight with a gold stamp. Finally, I glued the shapes onto cards.
