Best to use sturdy paper. Very thin paper, like tissue paper, may tear during punching.

Giant confetti
With the punch and your favorite paper, you can quickly make your own giant confetti! You can also use paper scraps or newspaper. Combine the colors as you like. Giant confetti makes great table decorations.

Mini Garland Idea
In addition to the punch, you will need paper, glue, and a string.
Cut several circles from your favorite paper. Place one circle in front of you and apply glue to the back. Now place the string in the middle of the glued circle, then place a second circle on top of the first, sandwiching the string between them. Press firmly. Repeat this step at intervals until you have the desired length of garland. Alternatively, you can fold individual circles in half, place them over the string, and glue them together.

Cake Topper Idea

For a cake topper, you will need the punch, paper, glue, and a toothpick.
Punch two circles. Place one in front of you and apply glue to the back. Place the toothpick on the glued circle so that the top does not stick out. Then place the second circle on top of the first one and press firmly.
Decorate the cake topper as you like. In the example, I used Paper Patch paper with golden dots on the back and cut hearts from self-adhesive cork tape.

Ball Ornament Idea
For a ball ornament, you will need at least four punched circles. More circles will make the ball look fuller. Also, you'll need paper, glue, and a string.
Fold each circle in half. Then glue the circles together, one half at a time. Before gluing the last two halves, place a folded string inside.
