Packaging and shipping costs

I currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Czech Republic and Hungary.

I charge 2.90 Euros for shipping to addresses in Germany for small, light orders (e.g. stickers) and a flat rate of 4.90 Euros for larger orders. From an order value of 70 Euros, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

For orders to other EU countries, packaging and shipping cost between 3.90 Euros and 18 Euros - depending on the size and weight of your order. Shipping to other EU countries is free of charge for orders over 100 Euros.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. VAT is already included.

I ask for your understanding that shipping may be slightly delayed due to public holidays.

Dear Swiss friends,
unfortunately, I cannot accept direct orders from Switzerland. You can still order! I would like to refer you to  MeinEinkauf.ch. For a small fee, MeinEinkauf.ch allows Swiss customers to shop in German online shops and takes care of all customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep.

Unless otherwise stated, I ship within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment.

Returns

Please note the cancellation policy and the general terms and conditions.

Returns must have sufficient postage. Unfortunately, I cannot accept shipments that are not stamped sufficiently.
