Refund policy

(1) In the case of a contract for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the customer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs, the customer has no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Accordingly, the right of withdrawal is excluded if Miom Studio prints, engraves, or otherwise processes product parts according to the customer's specifications.

(2) If the customer is a consumer and Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) does not apply (see Paragraph 1 above), the following right of withdrawal applies:

Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Miom Studio, Swisttalstr. 15, 50968 Cologne, Germany, Phone: +49 (0) 1522 3354 200; Email: mail@miom-studio.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the form linked above, but this is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and—where applicable—in its original packaging.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the quickest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and process your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
