Packaging and Shipping Costs

Due to the new EU Packaging Regulation, I will now only ship to addresses in Germany. You can find solutions for shipping to Switzerland and Austria further below.

I charge a flat rate of €4.90 for shipping to addresses in Germany. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €70.

Of course, no shipping costs are charged for digital files.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. VAT is already included.

Dear Swiss customers,
due to strict customs regulations, I cannot ship directly to Switzerland. I would like to recommend MeinEinkauf.ch. For a small fee, MeinEinkauf.ch enables Swiss customers to shop in German online stores, handles all customs formalities, and delivers to your door.

Dear Austrian customers,
due to regulations that I, as a small business owner, cannot comply with, I unfortunately do not ship to Austria. However, you are welcome to use the Österreichischen Post service, which will deliver your package across the border.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated, I ship within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. Please understand that shipping may be slightly delayed due to public holidays.
