Clay Place Cards are elegant place cards that double as a beautiful keepsake from your special celebration.

There are countless ways to personalize these modeling clay place cards decorated with gold leaf flakes. Stamp them with your guests' names, the names of the bride and groom along with the wedding date, or a child's name and baptism date. They also make wonderful keepsakes for a bachelorette party or charming ornaments for the Christmas tree.

Instructions

You will also need the following to make the coins
> Scissors

> Rolling pin or (wine) bottle for rolling out

Roll out modeling clay and cut out circles with the provided mold.

Decorate the circles with metal foil flakes. Set names/words individually in the stamp and print the place cards with them. Let the talers air dry.

Making the place cards is very easy. However, if you want to stamp individual names, it will take some time.

> If you want to print different names, I recommend the small letter set. The large letter set is suitable for single, not too long words like LOVE, LIEBE, a date or individual, not too long names.

> Very long names must be printed on two lines. With the small letter set, there is space for up to approx. 8 letters on one line (depends on the name). With the large letters, you can stamp about 6 letters on one line.

> The modeling clay is air-drying. It takes about 24 hours for the place cards to dry. However, for last-minute projects, you can use them earlier. The place cards will then still be pliable.

> How many place cards you can make from the material depends on how thick you roll out the modeling clay. The information in the above selection refers to a dough plate thickness of approx. 4-5 mm. If you roll thinner, you get more; if you roll thicker, you get fewer tokens.

> A small, circular cutter is included in the package. But you can also use your own cookie cutters: for example, stars at Christmas. Or you can improvise for larger place cards: Try to see if the size of an egg cup or a shot glass better suits your project.
