Miom Studio Gift Voucher

(1) Gift vouchers with a predefined value can be purchased in the online shop.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for the payment of goods and services in the Miom Studio online shop. Redemption for the purchase of other gift vouchers is excluded.

(2) Cash payment of the voucher value or any remaining balance, as well as interest on the balance, are excluded, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.

(3) Gift vouchers are valid beyond the statutory limitation period. The claim from the voucher expires according to statutory provisions, usually at the end of the third calendar year after the
year of voucher purchase(§§ 195, 199 BGB). After the statute of limitations has passed, the voucher can no longer be redeemed.

(4) If the balance of a gift voucher is not sufficient for an order, the difference can be settled with the payment methods offered in the online shop.

(5) If an order that was paid for entirely or partially with a gift voucher is effectively revoked or reversed for another reason, the corresponding amount will be refunded by crediting the gift voucher used. The voucher value will not be paid out in cash.

(6) Gift vouchers are transferable. The seller can provide services with
discharging effect to the respective holder, unless they have knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of a lack of authorization, incapacity to act, or lack of
representation authority of the respective holder.

(7) In the event of loss, theft, or misuse of a gift voucher, there is no claim for replacement.
