Paper Boat Star

Bootchen-Stern

Did you also fold small paper boats as a child? Craft six of them, glue them together, and you'll get a beautiful paper star!

This is a great upcycling project that you can also do with children!

Here I show you how to make a star out of the boats. If you don't remember how to fold the boats, then watch my video tutorial for the star (link below).

Enjoy crafting!

What you'll need*

6 Papierboote

> 6 sheets of paper, preferably DIN format

> Glue or double-sided tape

Fold six boats from your paper as the base for the star. You can find the link to the video instructions for the boats above.

Instructions

Markierung auf einem Papierboot (Dreieck links)

1. Place a boat in front of you and apply glue or double-sided tape to the area marked by the triangles.

2. Glue a second boat on top. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until all boats are glued together. Also apply glue to the top boat.

6 aufeinandergeklebte Papierboote, etwas aufgefaltet

3. Now you can unfold your star and glue the first boat to the last one. (Alternatively, you can use a clip to store your star more easily later)

Your star is ready!

Happy crafting!
